dress, and better yet, fit my mother perfectly, no alterations at all
needed, looks like it was tailor-made for her! We loved it, she looks like

I was really in a dilemma after being promised from a store that the dress I wanted would get to me within two weeks to later find out it was 6 weeks! I searched the internet and your store carried my dress! I called the store asked when delivery could be made,, got back on the web ordered my dress and had it with in a week and a half. I can not thank you enough for your excellent service and professionalism! What a rare find! The quality of my dress for the price is amazing thank you so much!

I am writing you today to THANK YOU kindly for all of your help and special attention to detail with my dress order. Everything about this process has been smooth and delightful. Not only did my dress and shawl arrive a week earlier than I expected but it was perfect. From the length to the measurements to the beaded details, the bridesmaid dress was gorgeous. I have been in dozens of formal events and this is the first time I have ever placed an on-line order for a formal gown and I was cautious to say the least. However, upon arrival I tried my dress on and it not only looked beautiful it fit beautifully (everywhere), from the height, bust, waist and hips. I am a working mother of 6. Time, 99% of the time, is of the essence. When I first learned of ordering a bridesmaids dress or bridal gown over the internet I actually cringed! Something Special has certainly changed my attitude towards internet ordering.

I first emailed SanDee at Something Special without much hope of a positive answer - I had waited too late, it was not enough time left - I had screwed it up.

I asked was there ANY way to get this outfit they had in time for my oldest daughter's wedding, a mere 3 weeks away.

Within just a few hours, SanDee had emailed me back to say that she would try - she would call the manufacturer and check on the possibility of getting it delivered in time for the Big Event. But she went on to say that they had already closed for the day, and since this was on a Friday, she would call them Monday and get back to me.

I watched the outfit fly out of the picture on little wings, all the while exclaiming "You should have done it sooner!"

Well, lo and behold, that Monday, there was an email from SanDee saying that YES they could get it, and YES they would drop ship it, and YES it would be here in time. I was amazed, and immediately thankful for this woman I had never laid eyes on.... her swift efficient intervention saved the day, and I will forever remember 'SanDee' in my heart for going to such measures to help a frantic redneck in Mississippi.

I am so happy! I received my dress a day earlier than you thought. The U.P.S. man was waiting to see my face when he came through the door. I started to worry that the dress wouldn't be as high a quality that it looked like in the picture. Boy, was I shocked - it is even better than I could have imagined. It is stunning to say the least. I want to thank each and every one of you for helping me to make my experience with your on line company a happy one. I received my wedding dress on Friday ...when I put the box in my car at the post office I could hardly breath driving home to try it on ...now first of all when I ordered the dress I had ordered it with out ever having seen anything but a picture, when I opened the box it was better than any picture could have been, then I tried it on ....tears rolled down my face it is perfect...it looks as though every stitch ...every button ...and every pearl were made for me ...not a thing has to be done to it ....no alterations ....nothing. I have to say I must have tried on 50 dresses and that couldn't be said for any of them ...I wanted something elegant simple not over done that is what I got from you SanDee

pure elegance....my mother saw me try it on and couldn't believe her eyes. Thank You Sandee and Something Special,

We ordered our wedding dress from our home in the Gold Coast, Australia in September 2001, hoping for it's arrival for our wedding on the 20th of October. We had an anxious couple of weeks wait for our dress in wake of the terrible events of September 11, but Sandee and the Something Special team were more than supportive.

Sandee was tracking the dress from the U.S. and posting me almost daily updates, she showed genuine concern for the dress' arrival and far exceeded her duty in attending to our needs. The dress was held up in Australian customs for a while before we heard any news.

We received the dress almost a week before the wedding, which gave us ample time for any adjustments and preparations. The dress was even more stunning than any photo we saw of it, and even better still it was a near perfect fit. All the preparations are now in place for an awesome wedding.

I cannot recommend highly enough the dedication and quality of service Sandee and her team provide. Thank you once again.

Hi again,

I just wanted to say thanks again for all your help. I received the gown this past Friday and I just love it! I tried it on and was able to zip it up perfectly. The middle will only need to be let out about an inch for comfort, and the shoulders taken in as we spoke of earlier. I took it in to the seamstress on Saturday and the alterations are being done as we speak. I just wanted you to know that I am extremely happy and thankful for the extra care you gave in helping me. No one else took the time to notice that I, being a larger woman, was extremely unsure and distraught about getting the size right for this important event. I am so grateful to you for your tremendous customer service. I think that I can now feel beautiful and enjoy my wedding without the self-consciousness that comes from being a larger woman.
