- Shipping is Free on all Gowns, Bridesmaids Dresses, and Mother of the Bride/Groom Gowns when mailed to one address in the United States. Additional shipping charges for other items apply as stated on the order form. Shipping rates are only good in the continental U.S. Next day, 2nd day and 3 day available at additional cost. Please inquire about shipping to destinations other than the continental U.S. BEFORE placing order. If you are not sure what size to order please contact us. We are here to help and will be happy to help you choose the best possible size BEFORE you order. Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or canceled.

- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the nature of this merchandise ALL SALES FINAL. We will do what we can to make sure your wedding is a day to remember. We do not want any bride stuck with a gown that does not fit but once a gown is ordered from the manufacturer we cannot cancel the order. Therefore we cannot refund any monies. We will be happy to help you select the proper size or sizes but can only do this based on the accuracy of the measurements furnished. This is a standard policy in any Bridal Shop. If you have any questions, please ask them BEFORE you place your order. Any defective merchandise will be replaced with the same style, size and color. No refund will be given. Please inspect your merchandise within 48 hrs and notify us of any defects. After this time we will be unable to exchange.
